I work diligently to help my clients achieve their real estate goals, effectively managing all necessary real estate industry resources for the benefit of my clients. I always do my best to understand my clients’ needs and wants and proceed with the buying/selling process with mutual respect.

How does Ed Work?

Planning is key in making a buyer or seller become an informed real estate investor. I know the emotions that my clients go through and I will be there to direct the emotions toward the achievement of their goals. Initial buyer planning takes a minimum of an hour. Initial seller planning takes a minimum of two hours. These preliminary planning sessions will provide us with face-to-face contact, and will help me understand your specific situation as well as your objectives. The planning session is a non-obligation meeting, as it gives both of us an opportunity to confirm a good working chemistry. I look forward to meeting you.

Education

•I have passed all the examinations and possess all required real estate experiences to obtain the following Advanced Designations: Managing Broker and Accredited Staging Professional.(AB, ASP). •A bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University Of Santo Tomas, Philippines. •Three CCIM courses: Creating a Real Estate Investment; Real Estate and Taxation; and Real Estate Leasing. •Several Sales and consultative training sessions from Xerox. •Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Section 1031 tax-deferred Exchange. •I speak English, Tagalog and Ilocano fluently. I look forward to using my diverse array of experiences to help you with your real estate needs.
